With all even, my friend and I came to Greater Noida for the first time and were just settling down after a week’s to and fro from Delhi to Greater Noida in search of a place, we could call/make home for the coming months.
The first thing that hits you when you come to Greater Noida (the extreme corner of the city, where we were) is the silence and the lone roads.
And the next thing that strikes you is, the men looking at you, not the look, a girl would like. Saying that everybody seemed like a criminal to us isn’t wrong.
All thanks to God, there were two of us and apparently just the two of us (for each other).
2nd day of acquiring the keys to our 2BHK semi-furnished flat on the 11th floor, we went out to gather essentials. After sleeping on the bedsheet on day 1, we knew that mattress is a dire need.
Asking here and there, we finally reached the market, grabbed the things that we had listed. The sun was at its best and we decided to gulp down fresh fruit juice (good decision).

Today, when I look back, (2 years back to be precise) I am proud of where we (my friend and I) have reached. We changed, we thrived, we learnt, became wise in the ways of the world and moved on.
