Panic Attacks, Maybe?

A Photo From Today’s Photoshoot

For the last few days, I was super disturbed by the announcement of an exam for which I was eagerly waiting, but the cause of disappointment wasn’t the arrival of THE DAY, but it was (maybe still is) the pattern/syllabus of the exam.

I was not able to concentrate on any other thing, apart from studying. No attention to food, water, exercise, book reading, meditation, or anything for that matter.

Even my phone’s battery lasted for 3 days. Much of my time was spent in front of the laptop. I even skipped posting my Podcast (which is something I do every Monday).

I knew I can’t be like this for long. I knew I needed a change, a break, a mini-vacation, a good movie session, or a super motivating video.

Well, I got one.

No not a video.

I took a break, a mini-vacation, I watched Meri Pyari Bindu, yesterday.

Also, studied for my exam (for a larger part of the day).

Today, I posted my podcast: (https://open.spotify.com/episode/1nf4RKTmLaVsQIF7wM6b44?si=0d68d720be5b48f2) , dressed up in a saree, made my first ever reel for Instagram (which I wanted to do from good 15 days back), edited it, and even posted.

Afterward, I stepped to my roof talked to my friend and it felt good. I even studied for my exam. No panic attacks, though.

Another Photo from Today’s Photoshoot (ik my nose looks super huge, but look at my eyes. Oh God.)

I feel better now. I feel a little lighter shade of grey clouds above me.

Grateful and Blessed :)
